I'm Still Here

Oh hello. Long time no see, I know. I left my camera battery at my parents when I was there last and I've had no way to take pictures. But it's back now and so am I.

In case you were wondering, I am still growing out my bangs. Yeah. Also I've been trying a lot of new recipes this month and I'm sorry to say, only a couple have been added to our permanent list of meals. It has been rather disappointing. I've been spending a lot of time on pinterest and that does a lot of things to my wardrobe and home. I'm not saying if that's a good or bad thing. So, what's up with you?

  1. I've been back home (Cape Town) for a month now and I've already planned my next adventure. A few girlfriends and I will be heading to Joburg soon, to watch Joss Stone live in concert. I'll also be heading to Durban in the next few months to support my dad in the Comrades Ultra-marathon. And then there's the slight possibility that I might spend a few days in the Eastern Cape. Excited.

Love the black and white photographs on your wall/

    1. Seriously, it's the most frustrating thing when a recipe doesn't come out. I feel ya.

  4. I've done the most reckless thing in the world and given my landlord notice, because I'm job hunting four hours away. I have five weeks to find a job and move. I'm scared. And excited. And selling everything I own from my townhouse because I'm moving into a single bedroom. And I know there's no time like the present.

  7. Orange Blossom Special is a must for lazy days, oversized jumpers and dancing barefoot around the house.
