Lady Like//Ana Pascal

I decided to start this fun new series on here called Lady Like. All props and hallelujahs to my best friend, Carly, for coming up with the name. Basically the series will "spotlight" a fictional character that I love and that inspires me with her style and overall lady-ness.

This month's lady is Ana Pascal from Stranger Than Fiction. I want to be her. She runs her own bakery. She speaks her mind. She's creative. I like that all of her clothes are simple and flowing. She is beautiful and my current inspiration.

  2. Yes. I love this.

Ana made me want a half sleeve so bad.

My dream me is a mix of Ana Pascal, Charlotte Charles, Peppy Miller, and Penelope Wilhern.

  5. This is great movie! It was hard to watch Will Farrell in a non Wedding Crashers type movie but the plot is so unique. And Maggie always kills it in her roles.

  6. I absolutely adore this movie so much. I've always admired Ana Pascal's fashion, so I'm really glad that you put this up here so I have a better visual of what to search for :)

  7. That movie is one of the greatest. And SHE is just amazing in it. A lot of men I talk to don't find her very attractive and I want to punch them.

I just love the part where he's playing the song for her, and they just start making out. Too funny. Good choice in fictional character!

also, even though she's not technically a movie star…you should do one about mandi, because she's just so cute. and your little sisters. maybe they'll be famous someday, and then you'll have had a jumpstart on their character bios. ya know.

oh, yeah, and i'm excited for our date saturday morning. ; )

How do I love this? ...let me count the ways.

Matt and I keep this movie in rotation because it makes us so darn happy. The story,of course is awesome on its own. The music of Spoon never hurts, and of course Ana Pascal is oh so lovely. I love this so much!

Have you seen Ruby Sparks? It's my second favorite movie ever, and something tells me you would like it too!

  17. This is a great idea because it takes the "get this look" thing to a whole new level and tries to capture the essence of the character. Very nice!
