Jessica's Salad

I call this Jessica's Salad because my good friend from high school, Jess, made this for us when we lived down the street from her and her husband in Rexburg. So, I can't really take credit for it. But it's too delicious not to share. Also, I know it probably seems strange to have strawberries in a salad, but trust me. It's soooooo good.

This is yet another recipe that doesn't have specific measurements. Put as much or as little of each ingredient as you want. I have tried a few poppyseed dressing recipes. The one in the image above wasn't my favorite. I would suggest this one. Or you could make your life easier and just buy some poppy seed dressing...Enjoy!

  4. Love you! Move back so we can eat the salad together again!;)

(Also, that dressing recipe is mostly the same ingredients as I use, except that I do white wine vinegar and there is milk in mine. The measurements are a little different too.)

  11. I just discovered your gorgeous blog! The photos... perfection. All of it. This salad is going on my must-try list. I have that same vintage Pyrex dish, which immediately made my heart happy. You have a new fan (and follower!).
