Denver Date

Over the weekend we decided to be a bit spontaneous and spend the afternoon downtown. We hadn't even paid attention to the fact that it was St. Patrick's day weekend. There was all kinds of partying going on, but it actually made it more fun. We listened to some bagpipe players on the street, ate some delicious pizza, walked around, shopped a bit, and had dessert at Starbucks. I scored a $50 jacket from H&M for only $8. Huzzah! It was really nice to just link arms with my man and explore a bit. Why can't the weekends be longer?

  2. Aww so lovely. I love the photos. Last year, my boyfriend and I actually celebrated Valentine's Day on St. Patrick's Day, since we couldn't be together in February -- so we purposely ignored the fact there were drunk people wearing green all around us. I love days like the one you described!
