Single Woman.

I was all by my lonesome this weekend while Jordan was doing his military thang. I ran a lot of errands. I cleaned. I read a little. I watched my shows. I ate too much of that red velvet cake ice cream (which is the most delicious thing ever). All that and I still had way too much time on my hands. I miss my man a lot when he's gone. But I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy how clean our apartment was while he was away. How the men in our lives make such a mess, I just don't understand.

I totally agree with you about men living in a mess. I swear if I left for a week the house would be a disaster when I got back. Of course, it never is because he knows I would FREAK OUT, so he always cleans up right before I get home : )

It looks like you managed well while the hubby was away! I've never had that Ben & Jerry's flavor...sounds delicious!

And Blog Inc. that you're reading?? What's your thoughts on it? I've seen quite a few of the bloggers I follow are currently reading it, too!

There is certainly something to be said for a day when there's no ESPN in the background, and you can actually read your book and hear your record playing in the background - but about 6 hours of that and I'm ready for my (soon to be) hubby to get back home : )
Totally with you on the clean state of the apartment though! I am also reading that book - so far quite inspiring & helpful!

I haven't tried the red velvet cake ice cream, but I definitely go crazy when I'm left to my own devices and enjoy some treats I normally wouldn't. :)
