No Thanks To Jamba Juice

I love a good smoothie and I've been having a lot of fun making my own lately. I thought I'd share a recent favorite of mine that I made up. (I give no credit of my smoothie skills to my employment with Jamba Juice in high school. Let's just make that clear.) The secret ingredient is the cinnamon. Also, I recommend using cran-cherry juice which is the best "cran" juice in all the land. I have found this smoothie is especially perfect while you're watching Blue Planet on Netflix, which is a thing that I do.

If you have any suggestions for smoothie combinations, be sure to share! (I just had the most brilliant idea pop in my head: nutella smoothie! Oh my gosh, head just exploded. I'll get back to you.)

You present everything so nicely! I would really like a blueberry and lemon smoothie. And adding cinnamon sounds awesome!

I just need to disagree with you about cran cherry. cran pom is where it's at. ;)

I make a green one every morning! With spinach, romaine, celery, apple and banana! Makes up for hating to eat salad :)

Smoothies are the best, it's so hot out right now. I love watermelon, strawberries and banana--so simple but really good.

this is neat! we desperately want a juicer. but this looks like maybe it's attainable with a blender? have me over, cook for me. the end.
