Antiquing

I recently had someone contact me to inform me on the up and coming site MyCityAntiquing.org. It is essentially a wikipedia site specifically geared toward listing antique shops in all major cities throughout the US. Being that it stems from wikipedia, it is set up for antique junkies like myself to go on and list shops in our area. The idea is to put the address, images, and any other details needed to bring other people to the shop. You can go on there and click on your city and find all kinds of listings for shops near you. How awesome is that? Why hasn't someone thought of this sooner, right? The thing about the site is, the more people that know about it, the more listings there will be. Which is just better for all of us as far as I'm concerned. So go check out the site!

  1. This is so awesome! I have had some difficulties trying to find good places to thrift in my new city, so this should be a great resource. Thanks for sharing! :)

  5. This is amazing. Montana isn't cool enough to be featured but this is perfect for our vacations to Denver and Seattle. So excited for this!
