Day Twenty.

What I read.

I am currently reading the book pictured in the first image. I am only a third of the way through but I really love it. A lot of my father's family is from New York and it is really neat to read of New York back then. I also went there on my 16th birthday trip with my dad, it was while my great grandmother was still alive and we were able to stay with her in Yonkers. I have been in love with the area ever since. And, lucky me, I am visiting again in a little more than TWO WEEKS! I am thrilled. You can only imagine the pictures I am going to bombard you with. Get ready.

The second book is a book I found at the library. I have always loved Audrey and my favorite movie of all time is Sabrina. So when I found this book full of images of her on the set of the movie, I fell in love. There are some really amazing pictures of her in there and it is sprinkled with quotes from her and others that worked with her. Some of my favorite quotes: "There's a very big difference between what's in the public eye and what you feel about yourself. I never saw in myself what other people saw in me." -Audrey Hepburn. "Audrey never raised her voice, so you were drawn in, you had to listen carefully, and you wanted to." -Stanley Donan. If you haven't seen the movie Sabrina, you should. It is brilliant on so many levels. Also, Humphrey Bogart....hello.

So I have a question for you, What is your favorite book and movie?
