What I ate: homemade french fries. (and how to make them.)
Cut up potato into french fry strips. The thinner the crispier.
What you need: 1 potato, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and some kind of seasoning. I use a Cajun seasoning.
Put enough olive oil to cover the whole bottom of the pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper on bottom of pan as well. When warmed, put in fries and cook until golden.
Place fries on napkin to soak up oils. Then sprinkle as much seasoning as desired. I like salty foods, so I put a lot. I would then suggest you eat with ranch dressing. It is delish!
